Osmarea – ( Osmanthus x burkwoodi )

An evergreen shrub with dense, leathery foliage, suitable for creating both medium and tall hedges. It can also be used as a standalone specimen (including in containers) or planted in groups.

It produces white flowers easily recognizable by their distinctive fragrance. It adapts to all soil types, provided they are not excessively calcareous. It has no specific requirements regarding sun exposure.

Among the Osmanthus species, Osmanthus × burkwoodii has the slowest growth rate. Its spring blooms emerge distinctly against the foliage.
