Peach tree - (Prunus persica)

The peach tree is a species featuring lanceolate leaves with serrated margins. Blooming occurs in spring, producing pink flowers (rarely white). Fruit ripening depends primarily on the variety, ranging from early cultivars that ripen during the first ten days of June to late varieties that mature in late September or October. The peach tree requires medium-textured or loose soils, with the most critical condition being that they are well-draining and free from waterlogging issues. In colder, more humid climates, it is prone to developing diseases and producing inconsistent yields.
