Description
Quercus ilex
Our holm oak plants are propagated from seed and cultivated in various training forms, including standard trees, bushes, cones/pyramids, and espaliers.
Standard holm oaks are field-grown for 4 years, starting from 200 cm whips. After this period, they are harvested from the field and potted to establish roots.
Feathered holm oaks are grown as both multi-stem bushes and pyramids. Specifically, the plants are kept in the field for 4 years, then harvested and container-grown for two years to fully establish their root system.
