Other Plant and Tree Species

In addition to Cypress and Holm Oak, our main nursery crops are, in order of importance:

• Pinus nigra (Austrian Pine)
• Pinus sylvestris (Scots Pine)

We also grow:

• Viburnum tinus ‘Eve Price’ (Laurus tinus)
• Ilex ‘Nellie R. Stevens’ (Holly)
• Osmanthus × burkwoodii
• Arbutus unedo (Strawberry Tree)
• Quercus pubescens
• Quercus robur (English Oak)
• Prunus cerasifera ‘Nigra’
• Lagerstroemia indica
• Punica granatum
• Pistacia lentiscus

Please note: with the exception of pines, all these species are field-grown for four to five years. The plants are then lifted, transferred to containers and allowed to establish for at least six months before sale.
